USER ACCOUNT<\/b><\/p>\n 2.1. By registering their user account on the site, the User declares that they agree with the posted T&C, and only after acceptance of these terms can they place their order.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.2. The User is responsible for using the site in a private and secure manner. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by unauthorized access to the user account resulting from the User’s actions.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.3. C\u00aaAtl\u00e2ntica<\/b> provides detailed information about the characteristics and specifics of the products advertised in the online store, as well as high-resolution photographs illustrating them.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.2. Due to technological limitations, there may sometimes be slight differences between the advertised photograph and the final product.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.3. The digital gift card<\/b> is a C\u00aaAtl\u00e2ntica gift card in a digital, dematerialized format, sent by email to the recipient. The card code becomes active and is sent immediately after payment, making it available for use in our online store.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.4.1. To purchase a digital gift card, simply choose a design, select the amount you wish to offer, enter the recipient\u2019s contact details, your own details, and complete the payment.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.4.2. There are no fees associated with purchasing a digital gift card. Only the amount you wish to offer on the digital gift card will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.4.3. The digital gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.4.4. The digital gift card has a minimum value of \u20ac20 and can be used for any product available in our online store. It can also be used in conjunction with discounts, promotional codes, and ongoing campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.4.5. The acceptance of the order and its confirmation will be communicated via email, after payment confirmation, including the tracking number. At <\/span>C\u00aaAtl\u00e2ntica<\/b> information regarding stock, prices, and discounts are entered automatically, so if there is any technical issue, you will be informed of the problem and its resolution, such as replacing out-of-stock items with others or correcting the invoice amount.<\/span><\/p>\n Whenever the User disagrees with the presented resolution, <\/span>C\u00aaAtl\u00e2ntica<\/b> reserves the right to cancel the order, with any amount paid up to that point being refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.6. The order can be canceled at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped. The cancellation request must be made by the User via email, with the subject \u201cOrder Cancellation | Order Number\u201d. Products with the status AVAILABLE ON ORDER are not immediately available and may take between 15 to 30 business days for delivery. If the order includes both this type of product and products with the status IN STOCK, it will only be shipped when complete.
