Companhia Atlântica was born in 2017 out of a passion for ceramics and Portuguese tradition. We create pieces entirely made in Portugal, molded and glazed by hand by artisans who preserve centuries-old know-how.

What are the preparation and delivery times?
Once payment has been confirmed, orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
Delivery times vary according to destination: mainland Portugal and Spain: 3 working days; Autonomous Regions and the rest of Europe: 4-7 working days; Canada and the United Arab Emirates: 7-10 working days.

Are the pieces really "Made in Portugal"?
Yes, Companhia Atlântica was created with a passion for ceramics and Portuguese tradition.
All the pieces are designed and produced entirely in Portugal, using national raw materials.
What care should I take with ceramics?
Many items are suitable for dishwashers, microwaves and ovens, but you should always check the specific instructions for each product. For proper conservation, we recommend washing by hand or in the machine with a mild detergent, avoiding soaking and the use of sponges or abrasive products.
It’s also important to avoid direct contact with fire or grills and to be wary of thermal shocks. Storing the pieces completely dry helps prevent cracks and prolong their durability.
Is there a difference between stoneware, earthenware and porcelain?
Yes, each material has its own resistance, weight and finishing characteristics. See the description of each product for the type of ceramic used and its specific advantages.
What do I do if I receive a broken or damaged part?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and its packaging. We will replace the item free of charge.
