Shipping and delivery policy
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver to most countries where our logistics partners have partners and while we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting items to you quickly and safely. To get a list of countries we deliver to and their shipping value, simply select the items and proceed to the checkout page, as charges are calculated based on weight and volume. When you enter your delivery details, we will automatically calculate delivery amounts based on your address, without the need for payment or registration.
- ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation, from our warehouse. This may vary depending on circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packaging and order dispatch. An email confirmation will be sent for all requests once received.
Delivery time (due to the strikes taking place throughout Europe, there may be constraints on delivery deadlines):
Portugal & Spain | 3 working days
Europe, USA and Canada | 4 to 7 working days
New shipping method, available only for Central Europe
UPS Next Day Delivery – delivered in 24H, with a cost of €25.00
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. This way you can check and track the status of your orders with our local logistics partner.
To avoid additional delivery costs due to the absence of a courier on site, please provide your contact number below the address selected at check-out so that the courier can contact you in case of need.
- TAXES, DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For all international orders (outside the European Community), taxes, duties and import tariffs may be charged by the local authorities, which must be paid by the buyer.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments via CREDIT / DEBIT cards (MULTIBANK) / MBWAY / VISA / MASTERCARD / PAYPAL / APPLE PAY / GOOGLE PAY / KLARNA. Payments by bank transfer are not available.
