Returns and exchanges policy


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Exchanges and returns can only be made if the following conditions have been met:

Items must be in their original packaging with product labels intact;

The items must not have been used;

Original receipts would need to be included;

If the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any exchange or refund.

Promotional items are excluded from exchanges, unless it is a quality issue.

  1. DEADLINES FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All exchanges and returns would need to be made within 15 days of the invoice date. All requests for returns can be made by email to info@companhiaatlantica.pt.

  1. PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

2.1 Please include the original invoice/receipt along with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.2 Send your package to us via a trackable shipping method (containing a shipping or tracking number).

2.3 Wait for our confirmation by email. It can take up to 5 days for your claim to be processed once we receive your submission and check it.

2.4 All return requests will be refunded in vouchers or by bank transfer, as you indicate.

2.6 Credit Vouchers must be used in a single transaction and any excess amount not used will not be refunded and will be forfeited.

2.7 Vouchers or refunds will be issued at the purchase price of the product as indicated on the original invoice. No refunds will be given for shipping costs incurred in the return.

2.8 If any of the products received are found to be defective or an incorrect shipment, CªAtlântica will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and although we will try to send a replacement item(s), we reserve the right to make an exchange by way of a CompanhiaAtlantica.co.uk credit voucher or refund.

2.9 No refunds will be given for taxes, fees, tariffs and levies.

2.10 All returns and exchanges made through our online portal at companhiaatlantica.co.uk should be sent to:

  1. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be done once.

3.2 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from accidental or random damage resulting from the use or wear of a product.

3.3 CªAtlântica makes no warranty with respect to any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, conformity to description and fitness for a particular purpose.

3.5 Such statements are always governed by the provisions of the Portuguese Consumer Protection Act.

3.6 All decisions made by CompanhiaAtlantica.pt are final.
