Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons of milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

How to prepare
  1. Put the milk and margarine together and microwave for 30 seconds to melt the margarine;
  2. Then add the other ingredients.
  3. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Finally, put it in the microwave for 4 minutes, but keep an eye on the mug so it doesn’t overflow!

Dairy free mug cake

Ingredients
Pasta
  • 1 small egg;
  • 4 tablespoons of milk;
  • 3 tablespoons of oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Coverage
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of unsalted margarine;
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate powder;

How to prepare

  1. Put the egg in a 300 ml mug and beat it very well with a fork;
  2. Add the oil, sugar, milk and chocolate and mix everything together;
  3. Add the flour and yeast and stir until thick;
  4. Microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power.
  5. For the topping: mix everything together in a medium saucepan and stir until you have a thick syrup;
  6. Keep an eye on it and don’t let it cook too long, so it doesn’t get too hard:

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder;
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder;
  • 3 tablespoons of milk;
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil;
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Chopped or broken chocolate to taste (optional)
  • Powdered sugar to taste (optional);
  • Strawberries to taste (optional).
How to prepare
  1. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a mug;
  2. Add the milk, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix well until the mixture is smooth;
  3. Add the chopped chocolate and mix again.
  4. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (depending on the power of the microwave);
  5. Tip: If you put it on the highest setting we suggest 1 minute, on the lowest setting 2 minutes.

Ingredients
Pasta
  • 1 egg;
  • 4 tablespoons of milk;
  • 3 tablespoons of oil;
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour with baking powder;
  • 1 tablespoon of grated cheese;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Seasoning to taste.
Stuffing
  • 1/3 tuna, or ground beef, or shredded chicken, or vegetables to taste;
  • Grated mozzarella cheese to taste;
  • 1 tablespoon of corn or peas to taste (optional);
  • Oregano to taste.
How to prepare
  1. In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and set aside;
  2. For the filling, mix the tuna (or alternative), grated cheese, corn and peas (if you choose to add them) and oregano;
  3. Pour half the batter into a mug, add the filling (make sure it doesn’t go too far over the top) and cover with the remaining half of the batter;
  4. Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high power.
